What did you learn that you didn't know before?

That I do not need to make a quick decision.  I need time to think about this but I was glad to learn of my options and  the support that is available to me.

That you don't need to have sex for a strong relationship to grow.

God is still here even when I'm not looking for Him & I am loved beyond measure by people I don't know.

That I do have more than one option and that this could turn to be a blessing.

I learned that I am worth waiting for!

That there are more services out in the community for support that I was not aware of.

How did you feel about your experience at Care Net?

I felt like I had someone who actually cared about me and my situation.

I felt wonderful!  It was very encouraging.  I walked out with a whole new outlook!

It was good.  I felt I was getting the help I needed.

It was wonderful!  My experience in other clinics was "in and out" and I liked that it was more intimate and personal.  I felt cared for by people who were interested in my feelings.

I felt supported and understood.

The people were nice and honest with me.  They cared about everything I had to say.

Comment on your experience with your peer counselor:

My volunteer was very unassuming and put me at ease. 

Very kind and enjoyable.  Can see that the Lord is in her and shines out when she is speaking :o) Thanks a Bunch!!

Very professional and kind.  I felt calm with her and was able to talk freely about my concerns.  She gave me a lot to think about. 

She was phenomenal!  She made me totally relaxed and definitely opened up my eyes to the prospect of waiting to have sex again until marriage.

She was very educated, not judgmental and knows about the services that are available in the community.

I liked it very much.  I felt like I could tell her anything and even told her some stuff that I never told anyone.
